There is no excuse for OU to lose with so many good players
The game was fixed. I wonder how much Stoops was paid to throw it.

Florida offense is - Tebow, his roommate, another WR, and a running back with a bad knee and TWO bad ankles.

We had - Sammy, Iggy, Greshman, Manning, Chaney, Chris Brown, Madu, Broyles, Eldridge, etc., etc., etc ... all 100% healthy!

Florida's first touchdown was not valid. The OU players on the field was looking for the coaches to challenge but they didn't. Sooner Defense was outstanding and ready to play!!!!

If we had made field goals on those 2 interceptions our momentum would have been exceptional going into halftime

We have THE BEST talent in the country on our team and we lose to a subpar team. The only reason can be ... COACHING. Why was plays changed as many as 3 times???!!!

Is this a ploy to get Sam Bradford to play another year?

COACHING. Bob Stoops should be embarrassed. I hope he takes one of the open NFL jobs.

Everyone should boycott Sooner sports until Stoops is removed. Tell your family and friends.

Seriously, do they think we are that DUMB?

    The Reserve
    Hello! I'm new here.

I was wondering if anyone here was staying at The Reserve as their housing? Or know of anyone staying there...

Any thoughts on it? I'm planning to apply for either Spring 2009 or Fall 2009 and I'm looking at The Reserve for housing right now and was looking for some feedback/thoughts on it.

    Looking for OU/Texas tickets
    Howdy, y'all!

I am a poor law student down here in New Orleans and a 1999 graduate of Oklahoma. I am charged with the quixotic task of finding four tickets to the Red River Rivalry that will not require to take out a second mortgage on their home or donate a kidney. Might anyone on this board know of good ways to get tickets at all? Especially on the cheap? Eleven years in Norman and I never once wandered down to the game. I'm hoping to change that.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    Guitar lessons?

My guitar instructor would still love to give guitar lessons to anyone interested and says he'll do the first one TOTALLY free. then after the free lesson, decide if you want to jump on board weekly (or possibly bi-weekly) or not. $13 for a 30-minute lesson, $25 for an hour. he has 14-years playing experience. learn your favorite song, or just learn how to be an awesome player. email him at reborn1995@juno.com (Guy) for more information. He is really good and I actually learn from him - he breaks it down even for the total beginner and it's really fun. Well, worth the money.

Sooners in Big 12 title Game
Thank you Texas A&M! Thank you Kansas State!

Although I never gave up hope that OU could make the Big 12 title game,I knew they would need help. They got the help they needed and took advantage of the oppurtunity.

The one thing that concerns me is that OU has to get consistent pressure on the QB.Against OSU when they did, they dominated. The QB had time they got shredded.Nebraska has a decent pass attack like OSU.

I have been a Sooner fan as long as I can remember.I could sing boomer sooner before I could sing Happy birthday.

My parents were good friends with a guy named Mike Struch who played for OU and they taught be all about sooner pride

Lastly, given all the trials he had to deal with,I will be upset if anyone but Bob Stoops(with the exception of Rutgers head coach) gets National Coach of the Year.

    Baylor Game
    OU 36 Baylor 10

It wasn't that close. OU dominated all around. Only 5 turnovers kept this from being a 60-0 blowout. OU clearly need not worry about running backs in the post AD era. The defense, a major disappointment in the early games, is playing lights out and can completely shut down an offense. One series had Baylor with a 4th-and-31 after three straight plays for a loss. The offense could decide whether to move the ball quickly or in a slow march to eat up the clock. But the turnovers! They've been a problem against both A&M and Texas Tech. It's a problem that the Sooners, good as they are, cannot afford against a team as good as Oklahoma State.

    GO SOONERS!!!!!!!!!

    Sooner Sports WebRing
    Hi, y'all!

My name is Sue. I'm an OU grad, and Sooner fan, and created a fan page.

I joined a webring a few weeks ago, but shortly afterwards, the ring dissolved. I'm starting a new one, and if any of you have Sooner-themed web sites or pages, I'd be honored if you were to join the ring.

    Trying to make ends meet
    Hey all,

i'm trying to put my wife through nursing school. So i'm trying to start giving guitar lessons. A friend of mine is opening up a lessons studio and i'll be his principal teacher. However, that's still a few months away. i am trying to work up some students immediately.

i have 13yrs experience. i'm cheap. i am located in Southside OKC (119th & I-35). i have tons of material to teach all levels--beginner, intermediate, and advanced. But if you have specific songs or material you want to learn, we can do that too.

If you're interested in guitar lessons or know anyone who is (guitar lessons can also be a great gift), you can comment to me with questions or you can contact Revlis Records at 405-524-2167.
